Bill wrong and I can not get through to Edinburgh store as customer services will not give me the telephone number.and you just keep going through to same no.overcharged just getting over cancer and this is making my anxiety go through the roof ,as I'm told they will get back to me within 3 days !!!!!!

THE WORSE SERVICE I EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE I BUY A SOFA AND A CHAIR IN THE END OF APRIL I PAY THE FULL AMOUNT CASH THEY SAY I WILL RECEIVE THEM BETWEEN 5-7 weeks the delivery was late by 2 weeks and the frist delivery attempted was the 15/6/2025 , the sofa and chair never arrive they say was a mistake from a different department and the I been receiving wrong information sense the sofa no in Edinburgh they apologise and dm say they will have to call the central to find out where the sofa was , they i complain about no have furniture at home where to sit because they mixtake , they offered me a temporary sofa Til the one I pay arrive near a month later 11/7/2025 today I was so excited about to finally recibe the sofa and the dogs arrive late and dirty mal package and when I call to costumer services they can?t give me no solution most the just apologise I go to the physical shop in Edinburgh and the ladies there was absolutely no helping at all this shop the costumer service is horrible when you go the shop they are the nicest people to take your money after they have their commissions they don?t care anymore and they don?t help you to solve any problem

Firstly, don?t even dream about going to this store as someone who uses public transport, unless you are happy to walk 15 minutes from and to the nearest bus stop. People who want to do the right thing re our planet will be instantly disappointed. Secondly, there seemed to be just one saleswoman on duty. The other employee was just there to plump the cushions of various sofas. The saleswoman in question gave me various estimates of how long she was going to spend with her other customers. In reality she spent twice as long initially, and the second time I caught her, when she said she?d be three minutes, I waited and waited (for at least ten minutes) until I had enough.
How about employing enough staff for starters? And how about stopping discriminating against people who don?t own a car?
Needless to say I won?t be back in a hurry.

Fantastic service and products in store, George was a fabulous salesman and excellent at listening to wot I was looking for in my overall purchase of 4 seater sofa, footstool, cushions ect. Highly recommend indeed ?????

First time visiting yesterday and was greeted by the lovely Zara.
No hard sell, let me take all the time I wanted to look around.
And when I found what I wanted, still no hard sell.
Took me through all the options, and buying order chat.
And now have a new sofa and armchair ordered and coming my way shortly.
Can?t recommend these guys enough

An absolute disgrace of a service in store, awful rude and realy bad attitude of store manager, raising voice when asked questions and threatening manner, would not recomment this very poor customer service and shop to anyone, sales people wondering around the shop with mobile phones in their hands, shocking, ignorant, manager unable to resolve and deal with situation at all, avoid avoid avoid!!!

Initial service was decent. We came in wanting to see a particular couch which they didn't have in the showroom but were shown a similar one to sit on etc. Had a wander then went to speak to the same salesman who was eager to sign us up. When my husband and I said we would like to have a think about it before signing up the salesman had what I can only describe as a tantrum, stating this happens all the time people coming in and trying the sofas then going home and ordering online. He then stomped off in a huff leaving us speechless and in disbelief. Our plan had been to have a 5 minute chat in the car then go back in to order instore however after the hostile behaviour we encountered we refused to give this surly salesman our business.

After all the internet browsing and sofa shop hopping we finally found a sofa to our liking at DFS for a fair price.
Think it would be better if staff let the customer come to them, approached 3 times in 15 minutes.

Very disappointed with the service. Ordered my couches 6 weeks ago and have just been informed that delivery won?t be for at least another two weeks. In the store they guaranteed delivery within 7 weeks and mentioned nothing about possible further delays. Will not be recommending and will not be buying from them again.
