I just walked into the shop poor customer service zero communication and manger Darren making his own policy at pc World trouble staff treat me rubbish and i only asked them to see the phone both side before buying it
They do treat th3 customer depending on what you wear or what u look like or how far you can speak English

I just phoned Curry's at 16.18 September 2nd to ask the tech team if they would be able to fix a broken screen on my laptop and how much that would cost.
The women on the phone was extremely difficult to understand but she wanted all my details just to say that she won't help me!
This is marketing tactics that I disprove of. You literally stole my details.
0 stars. Never buying anything from this place again.

Having purchased a new I-pad and been unable to fully set it up, returned to the store and met Sophie. She was extremely helpful and efficient and managed to restore all the missing links, which all seem to require e-mail to work. This young lady is a treasure and she could go far in the business, excellent knowledge, customer service and manner. Thank you Sophie

Outstanding Service from Ethan at Curry?s Craigleith
I just wanted to give a massive shout-out to Ethan at Curry?s Craigleith ? what an absolute star! From the moment I walked in, Ethan was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. He listened carefully to what I needed and gave honest, clear advice about the products, helping me make the right choice without ever feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
Ethan?s product knowledge is seriously impressive ? whether it?s tech specs, warranties, or comparisons, he knows his stuff inside out. But more than that, he?s got the rare ability to explain things in a way that?s easy to understand. You can tell he actually cares about customers and takes pride in what he does.
Honestly, with service like that, Ethan should be the manager! Curry?s is lucky to have someone like him on the team. If you?re heading to Curry?s in Craigleith, ask for Ethan ? you won?t be disappointed!

I went to recycle old computers, batteries, plugs, electrical leads etc... It was extremely easy to drop the stuff off & the staff were extremely helpful. I am very impressed that Curry's run this recycling scheme

Here to express my complete dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had with Currys PC World ? an experience that has left me frustrated, ignored, and out of pocket.
I attempted to use the remaining balance on my wallet card, but the transaction failed. Although no money was taken from my debit card, the entire balance on the gift card disappeared. I received no email, no receipt, no explanation ? just a zero balance and silence from Currys.
I visited the store in person to get clarity, but was met with zero effort and zero empathy. The staff member didn?t ask for my email, didn?t take any of my details, and made no attempt to investigate the issue. When I asked how long it would take to resolve this or who I should speak to, I was met with a shrug and no response.
This level of service is completely unacceptable for any company ? especially one of your size. You've taken my money, left me with no product, and offered no communication or accountability. At this point, it feels like theft, not just incompetence.
I demand a full investigation into this issue and an immediate update on the status of my missing funds. This is your responsibility, and I expect it to be treated with urgency.
I will be escalating this further if I do not receive a timely and satisfactory response.

Went on a Sunday looking to purchase a new TV. Waited over 30 minutes in a ?queue? for someone to assist which was a little frustrating as the store didn?t have that many customers in at the time, and I?d have expected more staff during a weekend day. We browsed online while waiting and noticed the manufacturer was offering a 20% reduction and 20% student discount. We asked if the store could price match this offer and we would purchase then and there, however we were quickly told that the company policy does not allow this, which is totally fair, but annoying to wait so long to be quickly dismissed. On that note, manufacturers seem to be cheaper - so much better deals to be had online. We saved a further £400 by going direct to the supplier.
On a positive note, we did speak to a slightly older gent who explained the difference between the qualities of the range we were looking at, which was really helpful. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
