Away from home and had an issue with my Volvo V70 auxiliary belt. Called Steve up very helpful and got me booked in very quickly to help me out. Fantastic job done by the mechanics. So impressed booked it back in for timing belt and some other bits including the car going into limp mode. All sorted with no drama. Top top garage. Whatever car I had I would trust them 100%. Always struggled to find a reliable and reasonably priced garage in Edinburgh. Over the years I?ve tried Halfords, Kwik Fit etc and they have all turned out to be poor in their work and customer service as well as their prices being incredibly expensive for what they offer.Then I came across Craig Moncrieff cars and this place is the best in Edinburgh and wouldn?t go anywhere else. Couldn?t recommend them high enough plus the customer service is superb.

Excellent service all round. Great communication when enquiring about the work. Were able to complete the work effectively and provide me with a breakdown of what was required. Would use again and would highly recommend.

We first found out about Craig's place when our Volvo at the time was acting all sorts of weird and no one could point to the root cause. Craig and his team, having the appropriate technologies for Volvo cars, were able to quickly tell that the cause was the third party battery that our car had (we had bought it used), and after replacing it with a new one from Volvo, all the various issues the care was having were gone. This has been our go-to garage for our Volvo's repairs, servicing and MOT ever since.

Craig Moncrieff Cars offered a very good service. They replaced a defective indicator switch on our Volvo S60. They also fitted a new head lamp washer cover. The work done was excellent.

Had a full service and mot with them and after picking up the car I've looked under the hood finally to check all the fluid levels and the oil only to notice none of the fluids have been topped up/changed, my oil level was at 50% and all other levels are floating at the minimum.I would not use their service again.Volvo v60

Just adding to my five-star review of a year ago. I have been back for servicing and suspension work on my Volvo and still highly recommend Craig and his team for their expert knowledge, courtesy, good communication, and very fair pricing. They are a pleasure to deal with.
