bought a tub of mackies ice cream, came home and opened it only to find out it was spoiled, supposed to be okay for another 6 months but clearly not edible and smelled rancid

If you order from them you might as well give them a fake phone number, it?s torture when he keeps saying there?s ?only one more thing? when he?s telling you what he?s substituting for what you ordered. Wouldn?t mind hearing him say it if he didn?t repeat it after every single item, just adds to the misery cos u already know before u order at least half the stuffs gonna get subbed

Just came from the store. Try to deal with some Evri returns and the stuff members keep saying irrelevant method to proceed the return from the shop.
Even if the return already proceeded online.
Talking on their on language and laughing about me, while I keep explaining the service doesn't need QR code the package included all the return details for the way back.
Very provocative, rude, unhelpful manner.
Whish you Lady, someone one day treat you the same way , how you behaved today without any reason.!
Never going to get there again!

i have ordered for this place so many times before the one time i forgot to grab my id for my flat bare in mind i live all the way at the top and my child was sleeping and then refused to give my my order even though i had the money in my hand to give to the driver.

I just did my shopping from this shop, this was my first experience from this store, staff was welcoming and coordinating.

Fist off I never leave reviews but am pretty annoyed at how I was treated just now .
Often use this shop on my way home from work . Tried tonight to buy a Paysafe Card from Paypoint terminal ; staff member clearly didn?t know what this was. He asked me to wait 2 mins , moved over to serve different customer - fair enough but he returned and automatically went to serve person behind me ( who was complaining about having to wait )
I then asked if I was getting served or not and he replied ? Can?t Do it - No ? No apology and quite rude .
Not happy I wasn?t just told this in first place instead of being left looking like an idiot . I would say if a shop is advertising Paypoint then surely staff need to be able to use it ???
I won?t be rushing to use this shop again - really disappointing .

Shop is always open later than in the opening times, Says it opens at 6:30am and sometimes doesn?t even open until 7am. Quite annoying when its the only shop in the area and you?re in a rush in the morning.

I sent in 3 parcels 2 of them were properly scanned, but one of them wasn?t scanned as it was being delivered to the same person, when I phoned in to ask they said somethig along the lines of this parcel is for the same adress same person did you buy two different things and when I confirmed this, he said that the machine said it was scanned however 2 minutes later I received confirmation stating that it had now jusr been scanned basically telling me that they did not scan my other parcel simply as it was getting sent to the same person. The staff were also rude on the phone and cut me off. I will not be returning here again.
