Don't order off this store on Deliveroo, they won't deliver and then when you try and call them it just goes to voicemail. Suppose I'll have to try and argue my money back through the app now.

I use this store for almost all of my deliveries and posts as they do Inpost, Royal Mail and Yodel. I post and pick up multiple times a week and have never had a problem. The staff are always super lovely and polite. I choose this store over all the other options because they are reliable. Definitely recommend. They also do a great range of snacks and cute cards.

?Exceptional Selection and Service?
I recently visited Coatcutter in Edinburgh and was thoroughly impressed. The store boasts an extensive range of spirits, wines, and craft beers, with a special focus on Scottish whiskies. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect bottle for a gift.
The layout of the shop was inviting and well-organized, making it easy to browse. Prices were competitive Whether you?re a connoisseur or just looking for something unique, this shop is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

I strongly advise avoiding the Costutter DPD/DHL parcel station in Edinburgh. Parcels are stored insecurely in the corner next to the cashier, making theft all too easy. Additionally, I wasn?t asked to confirm my identity or have my code scanned, compromising security. Avoid!

Orde?d off deliveroo. Hour waiting time even thos 4 minutes away via carCan't get a refund and just saw here it's closed at 9 while still operational on the app so I'm worried I'm not getting my order and my money withheld.

Every time I order from here it?s never the right thing. Either the wrong product or a dodgey version of it. Their vapes that they advertise aren?t even real brands they?re knock offs which are dangerous to use and are fake re-labelled for sales. That?s the last time I?m ordering from here now.

Guy behind the counter wouldn't serve me because my ID "had no hologram", even though it was a real one and I offered to prove it with another ID that I had. The Scotmid on Granton Road that I went to after had no such issue. This guy should really get his eyes tested.

Horrible service!promise to deliver shopping within 20-40 min after over an hour waiting I called them and someone from the shop just hung out the phone during the conversation,no sorry?nothing AVOID !!POOR SERVICE!!RUDE STAFF!!EXPENSIVE!!

Messy, hazardous little shop.You?d better hope your parcel doesn?t get delivered here. The shop is incredibly littered with packages of all sizes and names on them. You have piles upon piles of random products and - you guessed it - other people?s parcels topped with the shopkeeper?s used tupperware. (Pictured)The packages everywhere is a breach both of GDPR and various health & safety legislations.Trying to navigate about the shop feels like a mission taken straight from the Tomb Raider series with the way you have the to duck and dodge through the incredibly narrow aisles and errant debris all over the place.There is absolutely no chance this place is in line with any regulation required to continue trading.I hate to complain as I like to support local business people however this just isn?t worth supporting.As their responses to the reviews have mentioned, their parcel traffic has more than quadrupled. I?d say there?s a clear plan of action even though some of those reviews are nearly two months. Stop accepting parcels or cut back on amount of shelf-space to accommodate for the parcels. You clearly don?t have the space to accommodate for the load you?re currently attempting to.Redirect your parcels if they?re coming here. Don?t shop here.

Terrible! Ordered a month ago with delivery stating 3-5 working days, a month later still nothing, I?ve phoned them almost everyday to chase it and everyday I?m told they will call me back and never do. Now I?m a week away from Christmas without the present I had ordered due to the terrible service here.

Poor customer service, didn't get my items, damaged in transit, UPS tracking said \\\"parcel damaged, sender notified \\\", when I requested a refund, goldenacre said they spoke with carrier and it was delivered, liars and unscrupulous company, will never ever use this company again. ??

Staff is helpfull, just their Wish orders pick up service could be better. Lost one item because of them having a mess in managing, and handling of packages.
