Got scammed into buying HEETS for my friend?s IQOS device instead of TEREA as they did not have any TEREA and convinced me that the HEETS would work on the device. They were the only place opened that time, so I listened to them. Turns out that HEET is outdated and didn?t work as it wasn?t compatible with the device and when I came back to return or exchange a brand new unopened pack, they didn?t allow it, though it was clearly their mistake. Prices also seem to be higher. Do not recommend.

Shop and luggage drop-off to be avoided at all costs. The reception staff are rude and rip off tourists! We were stuck with our luggage and as a result he made us pay more than expected. We are taking action against him via the Nanny Bag website. I hope he will no longer be part of this network.

£4.19 for a Sure antiperspirant which is <£2 everywhere else. Sure it did cut the cost of walking to the otherside of the street to Poundland.

The vapes in this shop is 8.99, far too expensive. There is another shop in the town on shandwick place called nisa local who is selling 4 for 9.50 best price. I would not recommend this shop for vapes

Several times I and my partner have been scammed at this store. They dial up the price and when you challenge them on it they look flustered and say sorry it was a mistake when items have a clear price and they are purposely overcharging you to see if you don?t notice. I sometimes go here given other shops in the area are all closed late at night. But, after about the 7th time they have tried to con us with dialling up the price for things we have bought, I will never shop here again. Such disrespect for customers.

Open 24hr. Not quite the same variety of stock as pre-Covid but if you need cat food or loo rollat 3am or you are on your way back from a party it still hits the spot.
