The place was so untidy, every table had dirty cups and plates, wanted to sit in after a stressful day at work was served my coffee in a takeaway cup, toastie was given in a cardboard box even though I told them I was sitting in, plenty of cups were clean on top of the machine, however the man that served was so professional and polite

Customer service is very bad. Some workers are very friendly, and some are very rude. They act as if they hate you or something like that. This is absolutely the worst experience I had there today.
