Today at Costa at Craigleith Jimmy with a ponytail and as serving on his own. (Other staff dealing with a delivery) Jimmy was bright cheerful and polite. A real asset to Costa.

Ok. Its a coffee shop looks a bit dated. Iv been i three times lately. They need to clean the trays they use for sit in and the tea pots are disgusting . Bit over priced.

I was served by a lovely young girl, she had a genuine smile and she noticed I had a support on my hand and asked if I needed help, she was a new start but if that's how she keeps going she'll do well.
