Poor quality, expensive food. Update, it only gets worse. Food variety and quality is worse than ever, does every sandwich need to have onion in it? Coffee prices are well above average. Staff clueless.

Would give 0 stars if possible, the worst Costa branch ever. The employees themselves are not trained to serve and lack of knowledge. To make sure I had purchased coffee with a syrup for 4 times and every single time they don't put the syrup at all, can't be a mistake every time. I have paid 60p every time for the syrup. The very first time the guy tried to charge me more than the actual price, I had to ask him and then got it changed for me, not sure how was he able to do that, isn't it all handled by the system? Costa itself is expensive compared to other coffee chains like Starbucks in my opinion, if you come to this particular branch expecting a good coffee you are gonna be disappointed. Gotta tell the ambience is okay though. COSTA NEEEDS TO PAY SOME ATTENTION TO THIS STORE.

Absolutely shocking this place. I Went in at 9.42am and asked for oat and norm latte. After I ordered The guy sent me around the other exit as there was spilled water in front of whole counter. I went around in -1 degree just to be told hes out of oat milk. At 9.42. Unacceptable.

I ordered a cup of peach tea. When I saw a picture of a teacup menu with tea, peaches and a few pieces of lemon, what I got was just a cup of tea without toppings. Pictures are different from reality! Hope this review will help you improve in the future! Thank you
