Normally love this costa as go there a lot however today the BM on shift blatantly ignored the dietary requirements I mentioned several times noticed an attitude and didn?t want to mention his mistake as he seemed to already be so ticked off and didn?t feel like risking being spoken down to think the guy needs a day off very unprofessional

Good food but had a terrible experience a few days ago. My partner and I went in to get something to eat as it was close by and I wasn?t feeling well. During our visit, I became increasingly more unwell and my partner was making sure I was ok. After a couple of minutes of ordering my partner went to check on our food as we had not heard anything and wanted to make sure we were there when it was ready.
Upon arrival my partner was rudely scolded by the cashier as they apparently were calling for us to collect the order for ages (it had only been around 2-3 minutes and the shop was not busy). We?ve never experienced this before in a Costa and was shocked at the level of disregard for the customer. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome after this. Even if someone waited 5 or 10 mins that?s on them if their food gets cold, but no one should ever receive that kind of beratement. Safe to say we won?t be back.

Nice coffees, friendly staff and good prices.

Popped in for a quick cappuccino before heading home. Very busy with a mixture of locals and a decent amount of tourists.
Staff were polite even though they were busy with customers.
Good amount of seating. Tables were cleared away on a regular basis. The seating area was kept clean.
Overall excellent as I would expect.

Convenient for a break, but not the prettiest cafe around, and definitely not the best food around either! On the other hand, the staff were really very friendly and efficient during our visit.
