Visited back in January and was served by a really helpful barista. A lovely experience, and just what I needed before a long bus journey!

Normally love this costa as go there a lot however today the BM on shift blatantly ignored the dietary requirements I mentioned several times noticed an attitude and didn’t want to mention his mistake as he seemed to already be so ticked off and didn’t feel like risking being spoken down to think the guy needs a day... read full comment
