Staff are not trained properly on making coffee, the wifi doesn?t work.
The supervisor likes to talk about his personal life at the top of his voice.
Went to Nero across the road to continue studying.

We were on holiday in Edinburgh & visited here on a cold day! Lovely big Costa. Plenty of tables on 2 levels. Very friendly service both at the till and with the other staff cleaning tables etc. The top section where we were sitting was being shut down to be cleaned but the staff member doing that offered to carry our tray to another table for us, had a chat & passed the time of day with us, we had a laugh and a little chat, very friendly. Would highly recommend this branch, made to feel very welcome.

Everytime I buy a coffee to go for some reason the barista find a way to play with the cup which she uses for my coffee and on top of that she puts her finger inside the cup !!??
And specifically 1 barista she touches her face her mouth all time (maybe stress) but don't put ur fingers inside the mug or cup ..that is
disgusting

No manners
Customer is supposed to come there to relax .....thats not the only issue in the store
Some staff they think they cool ..No u not u should be professional cool Not street cool ...

A very nice neat coffee shop with tasty coffee at an average price, sufficient variety of pastries and sandwiches, the carrot cake was truly delicious, the service is always super speedy and the staff is very helpful

A great place to get your warm meal in the morning and a good big bucket of coffee. The service was never inpolite or rushed, you always felt welcome at Costa.

Had a nice tomato and mozzarella panini with a lemonade ice drink with a pal and he had same panini with cappuccino and he liked it. Friendly staff and great service.
