Nice coffee and friendly staff in central Edinburgh.

Staff are not trained properly on making coffee, the wifi doesn’t work. The supervisor likes to talk about his personal life at the top of his voice. Went to Nero across the road to continue studying.

We were on holiday in Edinburgh & visited here on a cold day! Lovely big Costa. Plenty of tables on 2 levels. Very friendly service both at the till and with the other staff cleaning tables etc. The top section where we were sitting was being shut down to be cleaned but the staff member doing that offered to carry our tray... read full comment
