Cafe latte tasted like the espresso shot missed the cup. Still, better than the other major chain. Nowhere near as good as the local guys though.

Waiting on a friend to finish her meeting, I looked forward to a cosy Costa coffee. Air Con was on, despite really cool weather, so it didn?t feel like a place I wanted to stay even though I love other Costa Coffees. It?s too big for me personally but great for those who want a spacious cafe.

My favourite Costa in Edinburgh. Great place to study - good wifi, loads of spacious sitting area and very quiet in the weekend.2 minutes walk from Waverley Train Station.

This Costa seems to have had a change of management recently which has seen an incredible swing on the emphasis of customer service. Until recently there wasn't any real engagement from the crew and the whole customer experience lacked luster but now you actually feel welcomed and that your custom is important. The store itself is spacious, light and importantly clean. Tables are cleared away quickly. Without a doubt it is now one of the best Costa coffee shops to visit in Scotland.
