I went through the drive-thru a couple weekends ago and was served by Ari. She was SO lovely! I usually get a iced caramel latte with coconut milk but Ari suggested I try vanilla this time as it might go better with the coconut milk. Well that'll now be my go to!! She's a proper gem!! :)

Staff clearly working hard. But for the price I'd probably prefer a clean table and chair, not to have to manage a toddler and tray of drinks to my table, not then feel obligated to clear my own table, and for the food to be half way to decent.To be clear. Staff are lovely and clearly hard working. Service is fast. But there's hardly ever more than 3 of them on and customers seem constant, guessing Costa feel like they've got a bit of a monopoly in the centre so sure they don't really care.Noticed this decline across all costas I've found myself in post pandemic, hard working staff but not enough of them.

Ordered a flat white and kit kat frappe and tropical mango frape too drink instore just left it on counter no cups just paper never came near us to ask if it was ours 3 young girls serving obviously had more important things to do than serve customers not even busy won't be back ruined a treat for my 2 daughters never even spoke to us very poor

This is always a busy Costa but they have seating outside on the concourse which usually has a free table. Staff lovely.

I have been charged 6.70 for a coffee and a bacon roll. There us an offer for a bacon roll and coffee for 2.50. I'd asked for a coffee and if they had anything savoury. I was offered a crossing. Which I declined. I paid my 2.75 fir coffee sat down then saw the sign of offer for roll and coffee at 2.50. I asked about this and charged the full price as ordered separately 1 min apart. ?!!
