I usually go to this Costa when I?m traveling up to Inverness and I can say that I?ve always been happy with the coffee and the customer service. I am however extremely disappointed with what I witnessed today.
I went in to grab a coffee before my train and it was very busy, and the staff were working as quickly as they could to the best standard. But that did not stop other customers from shouting at them because they had to wait a few minutes.
The girl that was on the machine was getting yelled at for not giving people drinks after she had already called them out, and one lady screamed at the young lad working demanding her cappuccino AS he was making it. I don?t know when it became acceptable to act this way in public let alone to young people who are trying their hardest when it is that busy, and also trying to make a living.
I?m also disappointed that nobody in a leadership role stepped in to help when those two kids were being yelled at. Shows a real lack of support and leadership!
As a father or a teenage son and daughter it made me very angry to see those kids treated in such an unacceptable manner. Do better people!
All in all, my latte was made to perfection and was thoroughly enjoyed in my train journey?

So rude man. One of the girls was so rude. The man seemed to be in charge I think screamed at me other people in the shop were shocked I waited 20 for a hot item and said I had waited so long considering I got 1 hot item in 5 minutes and waited 20 min more for the other item. He shouted don?t come here if you can?t be bothered waiting. So so so so rude.

I stop here to get a coffee to go every time I take a train. The staff is always very polite and the service is fast. Highly recommended ??

worst coffee ever!!! We also had a cookie for our kid and it was so hard that was impossible to bite it.

Once we went to have coffee & I asked for a baby chino with the ginger bread man on top but he said no! so rude & my mum asked for it too but the same thing happend!

I've been here a few times and have been served by Amber and just noticed she's always smiling and putting the effort in to speak to everyone :)
The Costa is nice and big but is often really really hot ? but I will definitely keep coming anyway ?

Was a busy Costa Coffee and the crew working their did not stop and were polite and friendly.
Whilst the coffee's we had were nice. The food was lukewarm and had barely been heated.

I had a negative experience with the team I ordered a sandwich and a coffee I didn't understand how it worked they realized I was a tourist but they went fast and didn't make me understand anything At least they could give me some help and make me understand how it worked

Costa is always good and this is the same !! I have to pick a coffee before I get my train to London from Edinburgh and finally found a Costa ?? .. Got my favourite and boarded the train !!

Service here was a huge let down the other day as when I entered a girl with blonde hair named Alex was very unwelcoming, cold in expression and didn't smile at all. She was very rude and her body language just described someone who hated customers. It's a shame because I can only imagine how many other customers she must be offending with this attitude. What happened to basic customer service?!

Got lemon drizzle loft cake , it was broken into pieces and shift leader shoved tissue inside the bag not nice experience to be honest
