I understand that they have a lot of shoplifting going on.
Just why u treat other shoppers like we are not important? They see u standing and waiting to pay, they just ignore u.
Last night I went to get my PERONI beer they had last one with damaged package and salataped which was on the shelf for few days. I asked if they have another one? they refused to check and wanted me to pay full price.

Was just in the Store and staff member with the dark hair and beard was incredibly rude and Condescending. Staff are normally amazing there . Will just walk a little further down the street to the Tesco from now on.

Not even one star. Their self checkout machines are faulty. Money was taken out of my account twice and I can?t retrieve it. They told me I had to pay with cash otherwise I couldn?t leave with the goods I bought because it didn?t go through in their system, mind you I had paid twice because the money didn?t go through twice. I had checked the first time I paid, if the money had left my account and it clearly did, the worker said I had to pay again because it didn?t go through in their system. They proceded to say how it was an IT issue that the self checkout machines were out of order yet they did not allow me to take what I bought and they should?ve even gave me something to compensate the extra money I spent. They then told me I had to pay in cash, and that they couldn?t do anything about the money that?s going to leave my account. God will punish their existence

Whenever employees at the counter are happily chatting with their friends while working they alway manage to miss one or two items. Don?t even bother double check, but if you do check the bag at the counter they side eye like ?dude, I can do my job?? well, clearly not. I don?t understand why it happened so often there. Is not that hard. Also why is allowed for them to waste time chatting with their friends while working? Is a fast food establishment is not rocket science. You put what?s in the order in the bag, double check and there you go? 3 items in the order, 3 items in the bag, if you did put 2 there?s something missing, it?s no brainer. Obviously having a chat with their pals (not coworkers) while working is not helping them with simple math. It happens at least 3 times this month even in quiet days. Wake up please.

We popped in for a quick lunch, the service was fine and the food was good. The issue was there was not 1 clean table in the whole restaurant, the bins were overflowing and the toilets were awful too.
