I often find good books and I love the bric-a-brac section. And the staff are always friendly and helpful. Today I wasn't sure about a lovely knitted coat which was much nicer than anything I would normally buy. One lovely staff member noted that she and I were a similar size, and offered to try it on so I could see how it hung. Nobody has offer made an offer like that in M+S or John Lewis!
