We are delighted with our new windows and our Juliette Balcony. We were very impressed from the first visit from John to measure the windows and discuss the options all the way to the fitting and completion. Nothing was a bother. The window fitters were professional and respectful. Brilliant company to deal with. We would give 10 stars if we could! ?

From start to finish excellent fitting and pricing of new windows and french doors. Great team John , Also the surveyor sorry we forgot your name Richie and Jay who installed the windows etc. Highly recommend.Bobby and Denise.

Very poor after sales service. Asked about 6 times for someone to come and check my door (which keeps dropping therefore not opening or closing properly) and keep being told someone would call me. Would not recommended this company at all. Once they've been paid they're not interested.

Rubbish service, incompetent staff. They never showed up for the appointment that was set up. I waisted a day of holiday because of them. Than took the payment twice. Very inconvenient. The guy that came in talk about what else I "really need" to have installed. Starting from a new boiler, to draft installations and a power flush. Everything was done within the last few years. Its very unprofessional to try to talk a customer into services he/she does not need.
