Been in the market for a good beginners camera, but not spend too much.Javid was really knowledgeable and let me try out different models. I initially purchased a Panasonic bridge camera, but after trying for a few days decided it wasn?t quite what I was after. I went back in and they let me return it, try out others, and eventually purchase an entry level Canon DSLR.My partner and I have had similar positive experience purchasing a Gretsch ukulele there last year, on which they were just as knowledgable.Can?t recommend them enough for customer service and price!

This site has always helped with anything I've needed so all these bad reviews are more than likely bag customers who didn't get what they want and kicked off the staff are great yeah if your funny with them they hold there own which I respect so cut out the harsh reviews. J coulter

Very nice guys who genuinely try to help. Before purchasing a tablet they made sure it was what I needed and were generally very pleasant. Tablet itself has no issues at all and was a good price.

Shopped here a few times and it's good for buying second hand tech items, but like most second hand shops you should be careful what you are buying and should compare prices with other outlets if you can.That said, I've always been satisfied with whatever I've bought and would shop here again.I've not sold anything here, so can't comment on that.

Amazing service! I bought a computer which was faulty and the guys couldn't have done enough to rectify the problem and I was given a newer one for no extra charge. As it turns out, the computer was not what I really needed and again, they couldn't do enough to advise me. Swapped it over for a brilliant laptop for only an extra tenner. I couldn't be happier. The guys were so kind and friendly. I just can't praise them enough. The customer service was second to none and I will certainly shop there again. Well done guys!

Sold an item completely different to what I said I needed prices different to online and tags and when questioned will treat you like you are wrong both about price and the items in question.Horrible rude greedy man

My dad took me to cash converters when I was a little girl! thats how long Ive been a customer and today I am appauled! The gentleman that handled my wedding band I was going to pawn with cash converters this afternoon Not Only under weighed my ring but then offered me well below the market value at £10 a gram my ring weighs 3.5g he only offered £30 saying thats what he was offering on The Ring and handed me it back when i disputed his rank incompetence and bad business which was frankly a disgusting gesture instead of a pawn shop loan! he even had the cheek to hand back my bespoke gold wedding band as if it were a piece of dirt in his horrible Hands! I am So Upset I wish I hadnt put my husbands laptop in on buy back last week now because i am forced to go back despite how terribly we were both treated today I am so upset! Please Dont Ever Use this business The simply dont deserve the custom.EditDelete

Love coming here for a look around when I have a bit of time to spare. If you're lucky you can pick up some fantastic retro hifi separates in mint condition. I've bought a few items over the years and I've never had any issues. And the staff and great too. ??

Never make your way into this corner shop! They will take your money and leave you with problems. Payed £199.99 for SAMSUNG monitor. Mr Javed, manager was swearing item is 1000% new, tested & working. Half year warranty included... Item was handled in wrapping. After unpacking & powering it came out with broken screen. It was Friday. Monday I arrived to ask whats going on & why I was handled faulty item. Mr.Javed told me that I broke the item & advised some tricks for home insurance to get some money... What kind of business it is? This corner shop & such kind of business must not have any chance to exist!

Was sold a TV that was locked and the former owners email details on it. The Shop owners very nice when buying. But went back to the shop next day and was basically insulted, ignored both by the shop and by Cash Converters head office. Never buy from there, and if you sell them anything make sure you remove your details as they don't do that. This also broke GDPR regulations and both the shop or head office did not care. Avoid it. Also the shop hides terms and conditions - be very wary buying anything unless with full details in writing. If you have a problem they don't like you.
