Car needed work for MOT, phoned to advise of this, did not phone when car was ready, sent a text - no good when you are busy doing other stuff - cannot look at phone 24/7. At collection/payment limited conversation, no chat/pleasantries, after spending £600, the least you could expect is a bit of courtesy.”
