“I went to Causewayside Garage on a friend's recommendation when I had problems with my clutch and I had a great experience, will definitely be going back in the future. John adjusted the clutch and wouldn't charge me for it. The work was great and the clutch lasted another year without issues. When the clutch eventually did need replacing I went back and they gave me a very reasonable price for the replacement. “Amazing customer service first class people. I booked a service whilst on holiday from worthing sussex. About 50 metres from the garage a forklift driver emerged from behind a van writing my car off. The car service was now otiose but the staff at ECS were nonetheless extremely helpful. They took us into our office allowed us to use the WiFi to get my car insurance details and dropped us at Edinburgh University (an hour round trip for them.This allowed us to get to a tour of Edinburgh University which was the purpose of our visit. They have kept the keys to give to the insurance company which will be collecting the car for scrap.A really great group of people, thanks in particular to the young man who walked down to our car to make sure it was safe to drive the short distance from where we were hit to the garage, John who dropped us into central Edinburgh and the young lady in the office who looked after us throughout.Cannot speak highly enough of the staff at ECS.Many thanksJoe and Abi.”

“Efficient but not very good communication. Car needed work for MOT, phoned to advise of this, did not phone when car was ready, sent a text - no good when you are busy doing other stuff - cannot look at phone 24/7. At collection/payment limited conversation, no chat/pleasantries, after spending £600, the least you could expect is a bit of courtesy.”
