Fitters sent out were great but owner doesn't bother to communicate with customers who aren't loaded or spending a greater amount than folks on a budget. I wasn't told that the price I would pay did not include gripper or underlay, and subsequently the carpet was glued the wood. I was told after the invoice was sent out that they couldn't have possibly inncluded underlay for the number that was thrown at me in the shop - never ever put in writing. The carpet was in their cheapest range and definitely feels like it without any underlay. My neighbors below haven't noticed any difference and I feel like I wasn't even bothered about - poor show to be perfectly fair.

Brilliant service and always prompt with communication.Steve worked with my mum to get her carpets fitted on time despite her having forgotten to give him an exact date for her house move. He somehow managed to get a fitter to lay the carpets on the day she wanted/needed with patient cheerfulness despite the bombshell she had dropped on him.This was a return visit as she had had carpets supplied by him before. If I need any carpeting done, this will be my first port of call.Thanks Steve.

We had a carpet fitted on our stairs with Capital Carpets and we?re really happy with it. All of the staff we have dealt with have been very pleasant and professional, always showing up on time and completing work to a high standard. I would give 6 stars if I could! I love my new carpet on stairs and in my bedroom. Fitters have done amazing job. They came on time , done job in 3,5h ! Including removing my old carpet . They also hoovered and cleaned after . Couldnt be more happy! Steve is very friendly and professional and you can be sure, you will get adequate quote and you pay for what really need and want . Highly recommend Capital Carpets!

So pleased that I was recommended to Capital Carpets. Steve was so helpful and excellent in advising on carpeting our house. The carpet fitters were first class and job done in no time at all with minimum disruption. All in all a very positive experience.
