I had the pleasure of dropping in to this lovely shop this past week when I was on a flying return visit to Edinburgh.I needed to find a place where I could donate many boxes of clothes, Buddhas and other belongings that I had collected over my 25 years in Edinburgh and the staff here, especially Suzie, who let me in 15 minutes past closing, when it was dark and raining, so that I could drop off my remaining donations before an early flight the next morning.Suzie's warm welcome, enthusiasm and kindness during what proved to be a very hard week of shifting so many heavy boxes of much-loved belongings was a balm that meant such a lot. The world needs more kindness like this and I can recommend Suzie, her colleagues and this shop wholeheartedly.

Clothes overpriced. You got all clothes for free, so give the chance for poor people to buy something cheaper. I can buy new jumper for £29 and you are charging for used jumper same price. Shame on you!

Not a good range - it's mostly just new surplus. Also kinda pricey.

Sadly it has got a bit soulless since its refit. I used to love coming in here and always found good treasures! Now I struggle. The volunteers remain lovely of course. It just doesn't have as much character any more...

The window always looked so stylish from the street but lately has been looking rather drab and dreary which is a shame. They should take note from other charity shops around them which do a better with inspiring displays.

Very expensive for what it is, stained chair (antique I think) priced at £335. Wood was heavily damaged, fabric was stained. Definitely not worth £335.Jackets prices started at £25 for men?s and £30 for women?s.All own brand Products were the same price as are any other Cancer research UK.All staff were wearing masks and social distancing was adhered to.
