Great staff but MY GOD it's extortionate!!! How can you charge so much for a sandwich??? £5.10 ham and Mozzarella and it's almost bare like the rest of them. How can this company defend charging so much for a tiny toasted sandwich? You could say "don't buy it" that's true but in my situation this morning was either that or don't eat for 8 hrs. Absolute robbery in a climate where most of us are all struggling.

Absolutely abominable? A place to spoil your morning.
The main complaint is about the service coming from the staff. The level of familiarity met is shocking, do you treat your guests as guests or as something else?
As to my order, I clearly saw that she hadn?t cleaned the coffee holder before using it? One should ALWAYS clean the holder every time you make a coffee.
The atmosphere of the place is pleasant though, objectively it has a style.

What rude staff!!!! Arrived 15 minutes before closing, waited to be served while staff tried to fulfil a large order. Twice we were told that they close in 10 minutes yet they don?t take our order. Obvious the staff don?t care about customer service or profits ?..
So I left to find another establishment

We didn?t order food, however we ordered, Iced flat white, iced Americano, hot Americano, couple of teas. Great Italian coffee. Great service.

The coffee, food, and vibe are fine, but the bathroom isn't very well-kept... No proper signs, so as a woman I was unsure if I could use the men's room which was the only one that was open, but people were doing it so another customer told me that it seemed like people were just using the men's room regardless.
The vibe is quite nice, the staff are quite friendly! But £3.05 for an americano with nothing added to it, may as well be Starbucks pricing
Also note that the price is also higher by about 10p if you sit-in than if you do a take-away.

I was just there to make a collection at this restaurant, I'm a food delivery person via app and the servers at the moment are extremely rude. I had to turn around and leave because I was treated so poorly.
