Got a BLT it was soggy, the person who served me was more interested in having a conversation with a colleague and asked me several times what my order was. Also He never smiled once or said thank you.

Usually this place is really good, my favourite Nero to come and chill out in, but today the guy behind the till, was rude, had a miserable look on his face while serving and was the only one doing so, two other members of staff, one was clearing tables (slowly) and the other don't know what he was doing, with a qué to door, three people in front of me left because the speed of service was so bad. I ordered a sandwich which when it was done was left on the counter and just shouted out, what happened to taking it to the customer. Such as shame as this Nero is usually really good! Poor show!

Unfortunately a zero number. Everything sounded great online and we were looking forward to the granola. Unfortunately, it turned out that this all came from the refrigerator. But the employee didn't know anything about it, i.e. about the granola or whether they even still have it.
Then we had croissants and chocolate rolls. Quality was no better than Tesco. Service was non-existent and we only got to-go cups even though we ate there.
Also stressful because the door was constantly open, the two shops inside caused a lot of noise from customers.
The café was also not clean, there were leftovers from previous visitors everywhere because the employees were understaffed.
