This place used to be way better! Cars used to be queuing on the main road to get in. Not anymore! And, there is a good reason for it; the quality of work has massively dropped, the prices have gone up, and customer service has plummeted. After not going for a while due to the above statement I took my car to the car to Bubbles as I didn't have the energy to do it myself. Bad idea! £13 later and needing to return after noticing when I got home that it needed washing again the response was very poor from the staff. Will not be back ever again. A real shame.

Went there at 1630. Asked for express valeting, which should include washing the mat and vacuuming the interior and boots. Staff just asked me to stay in the shed, after *5 MINS* they told me the work had been done.Charged me for £25, only done the jet wash, vacuuming the seats THAT'S IT!Not even the mats nor the boots had been cleared. None of the things they claimed had been done. Ridiculous scam of money!Recommend - WATCH CLOSELY WHEN THEY DO THEIR WORK! DON'T STAY IN THE SHED!

Absolutely delighted with the service at Bubble Car Wash! Took my Volvo estate for a valet and received top-notch service. The team was not only friendly but also incredibly efficient, providing a thorough clean that included a seat shampoo, all for a fantastic value of £40. The attention to detail was impressive, and the car looked and smelled fantastic afterwards. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a professional and budget-friendly car valet service.

Poor Job!!Charging £40 which is Valet money for a wash and hoover.Came back to a car not washed properly, Bumper still dirty.Rear seats and plastics hadnt been touched in places.Boot hadnt even been touched at all.Take your money elsewhere!!

Alas over the last couple of visits the quality has dropped way off. The price now £8, almost double what it was for my first review (4yrs ago). I got my car washed today, basic wash. The guy could not have touched my car less if he tried. It was such a rushed job, the service is way less now. This has been an ongoing trend. They just want you in and out as quick as possible. Basic wash they leave the car soaking wet, water stains everywhere, there was soap all over the windscreen today. When I got home there was very clearly visible dirt on my win screen, bonnet and roof.I'll just use an automated garage in future, it costs less and does the same poor job.

Excellent job done ?last time but today 24/6/23 around 215pm man flicked the hose hitting window on drivers side , didn't think at time but once away down road stopped to get something to eat side of car scrape and chip on car clearly hose hit it also Grrrrrrrr?went back along to carwash (bubbles) and why doesn't it not surprise the guy says O I don't understand show me what you mean?well will not be back and to think I went out my way to use your car wash more fool meSHOCKING ? wid have been polite to answer its now09/07/2023 and no answer back ????

I have only ever had a positive experience having my car cleaned and valeted here. They do a great job! Today, the lovely fella who organised the valeting also fixed the interior panel of my car, which had come away. No extra was charged for this. An incredible act of kindness and generosity. Thank you! ?
