I can tell you ,this bhf wester hailes has the best customer service and attendant in all the bhf I have visited, miss NINA has and is the most amazing soul in the shop, down to earth, always willing to help with a smile on her face I can't but give her a 5star. Blessed.

I have been shopping here since it opened. Today I had the absolute pleasure of being served/assisted by Nina. This was such a Pleasure that I am here writing a review. She was so personable and went above and beyond to facilitate what I didn?t realise I needed. I?m so happy with the service that I received. She recommended items I?d not noticed and I came home with five beautiful pieces I genuinely didn?t see. I?m so grateful for this interaction. Restored my faith in Giving; because of the Genuine Kindness I Received. BHF have best Volunteer I?ve met in 40 years (I?m a Volunteer too). If you read this Nina Thank You; I told you my story and you were better than M&S for helping me. ??

Just want to thank all the wonderful staff for making every visit so welcoming and really caring, I have such a giggle in the shop and have bought some gorgeous clothes and items for my home. Just know you are all so appreciated.

12/06/23Staff today were not welcoming and the usual grumpy old women needs to learn how to deal with customers properly, Especially those with hidden disabilities etc!Overpriced items, Used to be a good charity shop but then they got too greedy! Theyq could make more money for charity if they had better prices, I don?t understand the logic in it when people donate to a charity shop and the shop gets the items for free the current logic is we need to make money for charity, Well you could actually do that and get even more if you had better prices. Such a shame went downhill big time.Go and buy a lot of items brand new as they charge roughly the same ?

I would to give more then one star for nice things at the shop, I have bad experience with the volunteering lady today, she was so rude, and not respected the customers.

Great shop some of the staff are really nice 1 of the staff members small women dark hair glasses she is so rude she needs to learn how to deal with customers and smile more apart from that really good shop
