Staff are friendly, quick and accomodating, even in crunch situations when you need something at the last minute if they can accomodate it. Used them for years and never had any complaints to make. Even the occasional small slip up is handled with a professional apology and a remedy for the situation. 10/10

Very friendly and professional staff. They devoted their time and put lots of effort to find the right flavour of the antibiotics for my child with ASD. That was not an easy task to do at all. I can't even express how grateful I am to them for what they did. To my child it made a huge difference and made him take the required meds.Great pharmacy :)

Had a tremendous experience with the pharmacy during the 2023 Fringe. On holiday and about to head to the Highlands, a stubbed toe made it hard to walk. The pharmacist could not have been more helpful! Not only was her advice solid, but also it was empathetic. If you don't know this pharmacy/pharmacist go visit when you are in need of solid help

Friendly and welcoming staff, very approachable and laid back. I used the travel clinic services and the pharmacist had the latest guidance and every vaccine was in stock and available on the day, even for the most tropical diseases, Very rare with the travel clinics in Edinburgh as most are booked out and only offer appointments months in advance.10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic pharmacy in Edinburgh! Wonderful and helpful staff, especially the pharmacist. She did everything she could to help me which I was really thankful for. The pharmacy does a great job of helping people who need help!
