I took three packs of chicken tonight - 3 for 8. At the checkout they charged me 15 pounds, although the package says how much it all costs. The cashier called me drunk and refused to give me the receipt. I spent 15 minutes waiting for him - he just left.

Very disappointing experience. Pump was charging before fuel was dispensed and then charged me for 10 litres more than I was expecting. First time for complaining about fuel. Complaint not taken seriously. Avoid.

Bad experience here today. Both members of staff working about 1pm rather than ask me, decided to shout at me. First time I'd started filling petrol and there was a sign on pump saying they didn't accept fuel cards, I popped in to check before I had a chance to ask he shouted at me not to leave the pump attached to my car. Then when I came in to pay, I hadn't replaced the petrol hose properly so the second member of staff decided to shout at me too!! Won't be coming to the BP for fuel again.

Filled up car, went in to talk to the man and he loved my car SO MUCH and he made a good connection with me and even makes me want too return, I believe his name was Ross. He was a wonderful man and had GREAT manners, 5 stars for ross

Absolute comedy of a petrol station. Definitely not open 24hrs. I see lots people have complained about this and all the replies say sorry and we will look into it. Did it ever dawn on you to just update your profile? It's not rocket science. Keep your apologies.

No working water, no working air, no working vacuum, no working toilet, no working car wash.I went to use the vacuum then realised that it wasn't working, but I was going to get a coffee and use the washroom also so I headed to the garage leaving the car by the broken vacuum.A member of staff came running out to say I can't leave my car there so I had to move my car then I realised I couldn't use the toilets either.

Terrible service. Walked 20 minutes in the pouring rain to drop off a FedEx parcel. Despite being listed on the FedEx website as a drop off point, the man at the counter refused to accept it. I ended up missing the cut off for next day delivery due to this. Terrible service and the guy didn't even offer to help in any well. DO NOT ADVERTISE A SERVICE THAT YOU DO NOT PROVIDE.
