I tried to purchase some 75mg Aspirin over the counter but was told they were out of stock and only had stock for prescriptions which can?t
be sold over the counter apparently
He suggested I go to boots at Fort Kinnaird 5 miles away as they ?may? have some
Not sure how long the person has hated working in Boots but it definitely shows.
I got the 75mg Gastro-Resistant Aspirin 2 minutes walk away in Sainsbury?s for half the price

Huge wait times, don't renew important prescriptions (like salbutamol) on time, ask you to come back later to pick up prescriptions that should be ready days after they are renewed.
Absolute joke.

Pharmacy is always so busy, they say a time to come back and on nearly every occasion it?s at least nearly an hours wait. They tell you to come back but prescriptions are just sitting there and no one communicates

Mostly always had a pleasant experience here. Pharmacists tend to to be very helpful and keep the queue moving smoothly when there is one. Rarely had an issue getting through when I?ve phoned.Just wish they would maybe figure out a way to stagger the long lunch break between pharmacists as there have been a few occasions when I?ve only been able to go pick up prescriptions during that time window and no one is available.

Yes, most times it's busy, yes most times there is a Q and you need to wait BUT, the staff do their utter best so I'd rather give then a higher rating because they do try their best.

I filled in thier complaint form about wait times for prescriptions and they called me back and sorted it out. They will in future tx me when it's ready. Very professional and friendly people.

Excellent service with my sons contact lenses, a complete juxtaposition to the many issues experienced at Boots Princes St.quick, efficient, good communication, friendly service and the feeling throughout that they actually knew their business!!

Was in boots this afternoon waited 3 minutes to get served in one till the women didn?t even bother to say to me she will be 2 minutes or even look at me totally ignored even tho I sighed and said excuse me! Just also went past again. And 3 women are currently standing at the exact same place and the same worker is there absolutely appalling won?t be back hope they lose customers
