Please avoid this chemist. It?s run by a team of unprofessionals and amateurs. No one to serve you ,waiting for a long time for someone to attend to you. Long waits for medicine and the pharmacist thinks it?s ok to round of your tablets to the nearest digit,usually less. I am now using a different chemist. Not boots.
This has been happening for years now and the head office need to sort this out. Its disgraceful.

I don't need a prescription often. When I do I tend to try here first. Never again. Lack of stock seems to be a recurring issue. They will consistently advise that the medication has been ordered. On this occasion I have discovered by visiting another boots outlet that there is a supply problem with the manufacturer. No such issues at Clark. I wonder how long Boots would have kept me waiting. I dread to think about how people with serious conditions are treated.

Never get my prescription right always missing items have had same tables every month but the are absolutely useless important medicines that I need I'm sick of them wasting my time takes about 45 mins in store at least to sort out every month sometimes multiple trips to them as they never answer there phone absolute discrace

The staff are absolutely useless, prescriptions take forever, that?s if they can find them in the first place, nothing racist meant by this but trying to understand what the staff are saying because of their nationality is a feat itself. It?s got to the point that we are going to other chemists to avoid the shop, staff, lost prescriptions, lies and to honest, everything about the place.

Worst boots to have visited. Absolute careless staff with zero ethics. Kept waiting for 20 mins only to be told they don?t have my complete medication 2 weeks after being prescribed. When I showed my dissatisfaction, I was simply suggested that I can change my pharmacy rather than working on fixing the issues people are facing. This branch should permanently be closed. Atrocious services

I have had enough with Boots, ferry road and changed my pharmacy to another rather more friendlier and organised one.
I was supposed to get my repeat prescription at this branch which was rather becoming a nightmare. Their staff is highly disorganised. Unsurprisingly, it wasn?t only myself at most times who had trouble with their prescription, there was always someone already troubled as a patient/customer.
I asked for a person in charge to discuss and was told by lady at desk that they are highly short staffed and they don?t even have a manager at this time. I told them to stop dealing with my medication as they clearly need some serious training to use their systems which directly affects the patient. Try to avoid this branch at all costs.

Zero compassion from the staff and prescriptions arrive late! Specifically phoned and asked to wait literally 1 minute when I was already crossing the road around the corner and tried to explain I was stuck in a traffic and travelled one hour, that I missed one day of tablets already because it arrived too late at a pharmacy, but no humanity or understanding whatsoever, deeply disappointed!

Verry Poor Service !!Spoke to staff in the morning about a prescription to be collected and was told that it would be ready for 2pm.Went in at 3pm to collect it only to find out that they have no idea about the prescription at all.This is NOT just a 1 time thing, and has actually happened 4 times now where they tell you to come in and all will be ready, when infact they just mix up your prescription.Probably the WORST Chemist in Edinburgh !.

I have used this Boots pharmacy on Ferry Road, Edinburgh, for over 10 years, and they have always been amazing. Since my cancer diagnosis 4.5 years ago; they have gone above and beyond! They are always so kind on the phone, and do their best to get my medication organised as quickly as possible. The other day I spoke to Mr Gillan, and I was feeling so ill that he said the pharmacy would deliver my meds the following morning, such a great service. Thank you to all who work there.
