Terrible healthcare advisor, Tim who asked me to ?prove? I have worked in Boots by explaining to him what a C4 is before providing me with my medical prescription, Incredibly aggressive staff, and the manager, Fiona condoning his behaviour\\n\\nThere was a man behind me in the pharmacy queue who told the female pharmacist that he cannot breathe and is struggling, needing help, and she replies ?I can?t help you, speak to a doctor?. Terrible!!

I stood at the medicine counter for over 10 minutes with only 1 lady serving, she was helping another lady in the aisle but there was plenty staff walking about. The pharmacist himself came and served me and they were very busy so I appreciated it as I had a very upset teething baby.

This is a large department type shop with in-store pharmacy. The staff member I spoke with from the pharmacy department was very helpful and assisted me with my purchase of pain relief tablets for my household. Excellent parking immediately outside the front of the store.
