This place is understaffed. Those that are working don't have a clue. When asked for clear packing tape the guy showed me white opaque tape. When I told him this wasn't clear he didn't respond. Mmmmmm....

Cheap brands and lots of bargains. Now stays open till 9pm Mon-Sat and 6 on a Sunday. Products getting out on shelves quicker these days. Top door and access to lifts on the walkway is closed for now due to antisocial behavior

Mixed bag. Carpark full of rubbish, fast food wrappers, tins of paint and other strange items of garbage. Going to get a trolley there was a horrible off-putting smell of stale urine, god knows what that was about. The trolley had Rubish in it like old vape boxes and some other assorted garbage.The sad thing is inside was fine there was loads of brand names really cheap and see staff were great. On way out I noticed there was what I can only describe as the remains of a fight between a door and adrunk with a tin of paint! See photos attached.Sorry to be negative but I felt like I would only go back if I took a bodyguard.

Very much a car of getting what you pay for with B&M, but there are some cracking bargains to be found. In particular household cleansing, pet treats and wild bird food are incredibly inexpensive compared to other stores. Same with a lot of their food and soft drinks. I have a fortune shopping here and highly recommend it
