Worst parcel access point ever!!! They did not provided any service or help, but blamed, assaulted me and forced me to leave. They refused to give me my parcel as I used a prefer name for online shopping. I can understand this regulation but their attitude was terrible and rude. It?s not acceptable!!! They kept blaming me not using the legal name and they didn?t mention any solution. Just insisted I can?t get my parcel and forced me leave. UPS has good customer service and redelivered my parcel, but could you please change another access point!??? This terrible experience was a nightmare ???

People who are seeing this comment hope your parcel won?t go to this place ??? The owner was very mean when I went to pick my parcel? Who the hell is using real name on the Internet everyday?!!!??That?s even not the point, my friend went there three times during one day just because of using a nickname when online shopping and the collection point (which is exactly this one) just wont let it go!! She was depressed and she begged many times for giving her the parcel but all she got was the owner?s mean and stubborn attitude.??When we went to that shop the owner asked us to leave and the excuse was to many ppl in this room (man there weren?t any ppl outside your door waiting for coming in)!!I know you?re having your own rules but why don?t you tell others about that nicely?? And the rule of not giving customers parcel unless the name on parcel is exactly the same with the one on their ids was unreasonable!! What if ppl accidentally filled in with a typo??Why don?t you try to learn who to treat people and then open your shop!?! Super angry about everything and hope it can be changed

This is the worst place. The female behind the counter is beyond rude.she insists I have ID with my address on it to get my buy electricity with a voucher unfortunately I live in temporary accommodation I've tried to explain this but no..she left me without electricity at 8.30 one night on a cold dark night. Today rather go through this experience again I went in with £20 cash. My key is in perfect working order but she told me that I must clean my key before I come in...She's just so rude, unfriendly an honestly if you need electricity or anything else go somewhere else. I work long shifts in a hospital this is the last thing you need on a dark freezing cold night in the middle of town she just does not care.woukd give zero stars if I could.

I didn?t want to post it at all but he was really racist and it?s not acceptable for me as a student here. I wanted to get my parcel (just a lipstick) and i usually done put my full name cuz it?s long and dont have a point for it since I?m not buying a computer or something that needed ID.When i was asking for my parcel, he asked me for my ID then i showed him and he started searching for my parcel and i said its under C___ wong (bear in mind i did put my last name Wong there and i just added my nickname and he said i cannot collect it cuz it?s not the same name. Fair enough, then i showed him my unidays and even student beans for the proof that im C Wong and he said you can just fake your name. Fair enough, then i showed him my tracking number and order and he said no! The name have to be same and he added ?all this chinese people have all sorts of name and always put their short form name?That?s when i really lost my patience and i told him off ?this means that i could never get my parcel?!??It was my birthday present and he really disappointed me.
