The smallest portion for a family of 4,
Very expensive, 100 pounds for a meal enough for 2.
Service charge was £8.40 when we hardly received any service.

We are regulars here so would recommend, but disappointed this week when we were told we could only have table for an hour 15 'because it was August'. We ended up all driving for such a short slot, arrived to find place was empty and there was no push for us to leave at all. Which was good...but we would have eaten and drunk (ie spent) a lot more if we hadn't had that unwelcoming steer when booking.

Great food and good price, rating is because being chased put of table after 1hr of a 2 hr booking because it was the festival. As a local it would be interesting if you need our trade in the winter months or whether you we happy to shoo us away

Great food, everything we ordered authentic, cooked over embers with excellent flavor. Highly recommended Lebanese restaurant. Everything was 10. And the service was fantastic.

The place smells like cooking gas because the chairs are close to the kitchen
The curtains contribute to the smell of food and the smell of the kitchen sticking to the place. The food is very good. I ordered grape leaves with oil and they came to me hot and spicy instead of cold. The salads need more olive oil as they are somewhat dry.

Even though it was such a busy evening. The staff made sure you had an amazing experience and the best service in the town. Food quantity is decent and you cannot go wrong. Definitely visit these guys while in Edinburgh.
