The service makes the whole experience so special! Bradley was so helpful and showed me a selection of jewellery pieces for my mum's gift in my wedding day. Even though I didn't buy in the shop I want to recommend this place, as people are very nice, professional, knowledgeable and actively listen to your preferences. I will definitely come back another time!

I went to this store looking for some Christmas gifts and I found the staff to be absolutely excellent and very helpful. It was a very busy Saturday a week before Christmas and the staff were obviously busy but they were all so nice. The lady on the door was lovely and kept checking to make sure we were okay while we were waiting and apologising for our wait and the sales assistant who served us was excellent and found us exactly what we were looking for. I?m sorry I didn?t get either of your names but you both made our shopping trip very enjoyable and we will definitely be back.

We went in to look at engagement rings to get sized up and try and figure out what style I was looking for! And we were greeted by the lovely Lili who was so friendly. She took us through to the room to try on and help discuss potential options. She went into detail with lots I lovely rings explaining the pros and cons to certianly styles and colours etc and manage to help me narrow down to a few different styles! The service was great and she even was kind enough to offer us drinks! We were incredibly impressed by the team and the standard of service here and really enjoyed our time there which is incredibly important to feel valued as a customer on a exciting day ?? we would highly recommend here for anyone thinking about going and we most certainly will be back

Visited the store looking for some jewellery to go with an outfit I'm wearing for a wedding. Courtney was so helpful and got us a glass of prosecco to enjoy while browsing. She found me the perfect item that I can't wait to wear!!

I went in to Beaverbrooks to buy some earrings and was approached by a delightful member of staff within minutes (I wish I got her name!). The member of staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the earrings that I was interested in buying. She knew about the diamonds and was able to tell me the difference in their products and that of other jewellery stores, without the uncomfortable upsell! I left the shop with my new beautiful earrings and I will definitely be returning. The whole vibe of the shop was like a family and not like some of the chains that we all know. Great service, great product! Thank you!

Came in at around 5pm today (28/5/23) to look at engagement rings. After looking around for assistance for 5-10 mins, a young man sales associate (maybe around 20?) came over and asked what we were looking for. We said we were looking at engagement rings and asked if they stock any lab grown diamonds as we prefer them for ethical reasons. He then said ?uh no we do not stock anything like that, may I ask what you do for work??. Of course I responded and told him about my career even though it was extremely rude of him. Looking back, I wish I would?ve asked him why he thinks working at a shopping centre jewellery store means he can be this condescending. Shockingly rude and distasteful service.

Sales assistant is a walloper. Popped in to look at some jewellery and after being ignored for 5 mins, he wanders over and the first question is what do you do for work? What a strange leading question. Comes across very rude, but I can gladly say atleast I don?t work for just 20p above minimum wage in beaverbrooks with a superiority complex.

Very bad customer service I'd say.I visited the store to exchange a necklace because my fiance chose the style I'm not really fond of. They treated us like we were trying to steal even though we brang back a diamond necklace in their store. When she put on a neclace on my neck to try, the other girl went to the door as if we could try running with that cheap necklace.Ruin my day which was not supposed to be like that at all.

Stellar service, went shopping for a gift for my mother, Naimh recognised me from a previous visit and greeted me, even remembering what I was looking for. Spent some time chatting showing me other options. Weeks later, after I purchased it, she bumped into me and asked if my mother enjoyed the gift.
