Absolutely fantastic service every time I visit! The staff at this post office are always friendly, helpful, and go the extra mile to make things easier. Whether I?m sending parcels or paying bills...they?re efficient and professional. It?s great to have a local post office that still feels personal and community-focused. Highly recommend supporting this small business!

Google says it is open today but to find out sign on door closed till 8th January not convenient for elderly and disabled customer that had to take on dreadful weather and with effort eventually got there to find this on door extremely poor communication and false information sharing would score a minus if I could- this left elderly customer with out power till some 1 helped and went to Corstorphine there to find open and power card charged Corstorphine excellent service but this brunch extremely poor going same way as one that was closer that closed from drumbrae that opened when it suited himself
Now
local points for gas,electricity for disabled vulnerable elderly people to find can't get units charged for power unless by miracle they can get to far point of Corstorphine somehow utterly shameful

This post office is super. They make every effort to be part of the community and are extremely pleasant, professional and helpful. Every time I go to the post office counter I have to buy a cake or a hot filled roll on the way out as the produce is outstanding. They are a fantastic asset to this small shopping area and would be very much missed by many if they weren?t there, particularly now that the bank has closed. Well done Envelope & Bacon/Barnton Post office.

I wish I can put zero for that post office. worst office post I've ever seen!!!!!
terribly slow service, programs always freezing. and don't expect that they know how to use western union, when I needed to use western union they didn't know what to do, even though the service was indicated on the sign, in the end I spent almost an hour and then went to another place.
Despite all this I used to use this post office because it is close to my home, but today it got to my nerves, I don't want to use the services of this place anymore and I don't recommend it to you
If you need to get things on time, it is better to use another office

The work schedule is not reasonable at all for whom such working hours are created. Why do we need post office at all if it is impossible to get into it?

Post office slow slow slow slow slow.. left after 30mins waiting, in that time served only 3 customers!! Went back again at 4.45 and already closed despite opening hours is till 5pm!!

Great filled rolls and tray bakes served by friendly staff, however the grumpy old man at the post office counter is very rude.
