My mother attempted to withdraw cash using a Bank of America card (as this is the partner bank for the UK) and despite hearing the cash drawer counting money and having it withdrawn from her account, the £200 never appeared. Barclays have been a big help and alway taking my disabilities into account and understand my situation very well ,and they always try to make sure they can accommodate me best they can and any financial advice they advise the best outcome .Which is appreciated .
