I had a slight abrasion on my jacket and Alicia and her colleagues helped me send the jacket away for reproofing and repair. This was all completed within a matter of weeks and now the jacket looks as good as new. Big praise for the excellent service Barbour Edinburgh provides.

Nice shop staff where very helpful

Very poor customer service especially 3 days before Christmas. We arrived 10 minutes before closing, knowing what we wanted to purchase. Woman stood at the locked door . She saw me and said if you come in you have five minutes and that?s it .Got to where the coat I wanted to purchase was and my size wasn?t there .spoke to shop assistant who said oh she?s very tired and the manager has had an incident that?s why she?s wanting to close .This for me isn?t the customer service I expect especially when spending £250. I was informed that I should go back when there?s more time for them to check stock room . Obviously they are a business that doesn?t need to make any more money and does not care how they promote the Barbour brand

Not only the customer service is awful every time that I go in. They always close way before their closing time. I rushed from the other side of town to get a couple tins of wax dressing for our Barbours and they were already closed. Very disappointing.
