It was really an amazing experience. I met an employee as soon as I entered welcoming people. I was asked what I am here for and was immediately guided to the respective place. The employee came to me in just two minutes. I went to open an account, I was explained all the relevant details and also advised what would be best for me right now and in the future.

I used to bank with the Bank of Scotland, but the service hadn?t always been great. Recently though, we had no choice but to re-engage when dealing with my deceased uncle?s estate; which quite simply was appallingly handled. Not once, but THREE times.Not only did they make THREE errors on TWO different bank drafts for a significant five figure sum left to his nieces and nephews, they also ?forgot? to sign it.Three times we tried to deposit their drafts at our bank, driving across town to do so, and each time we had to take it back to them because they bounced. On every occasion they then failed to sort it out in the manner requested, and blamed our bank who were requested to return the money to them.Even after asking for it to escalated to the branch manager, still no explanation or apology has been forthcoming. Their staff were rude and unhelpful more than once and we finally had to involve my 84 year old newly widowed aunt, having to ask her to drive across town to insist they did the transfer electronically. They finally did so for her, but despite us lodging a complaint in the branch, with HO Customer Service AND the bereavement team; who promised us we?d be compensated (which they also told our bank) - they STILL did nothing.A month on, still not as much as an apology, not to us, or to my widowed aunt, or to my cousins who were promised their share weeks before they got it. We were forced to give up because the 20+ hours away from our own business was enough already.A utterly shameful way to treat a bereaved family!

wouldn?t let you park in the car park which is quite ridiculous as my elderly grandparents struggle to get in without parking.just because some people park there because they are going to church shouldn?t be a reason to justify closing your car park to anyone.

Friendly staff easy to deposit,withdraw also machine inside to deposit if counters are busy also 2 cash machines on entry free car parking also available for wheelchair users seen quickly not very often a que but no long waits guaranteed

A young lady served me, Coby I think her name was and she was fantastic. It was nice to see someone so enthusiastic to help and made it a really nice experience even though I was only depositing some cash. Ask for Coby!

Handy location, 2 cash machines and parking.....My reviews are the sole property of everyone on this crazy 1st edition Matrix, though I reserve the right to laugh at anything I find funny. I also make note that when I lol, I do not in fact lol, just more of an inward smile, at most.I do reviews as myself and as #babymanjesus for my own entertainment and to widen the global knowledge on where things are and how they taste. BabymanJesus was a refugee who moved to Egypt with his family to escape Herod, they could only afford to go because of the three wise llamas who gave them gifts. They had gold, Frankenstein (who scared people trying to stop them) and Myrrh (which was worth money unlike today where it is £13.99 on Amazon). Babyman Jesus family were the most famous refugees, others have been Rita Ora, Freddie Mercury and Wyclef Jean, who formed a band called the ReFugees, and also Albert Einstein, who was not in a band, but did like singing Lauryn Hill songs on Karaoke nights. Nowadays, unlike Babyman Jesus, many people do not like refugees because they will try and take other people?s jobs by pretending to be that person and getting to work before them in the morning. People in Englander land are going to make a wall out of brexits, which will stretch from the borders of Scotland down to Essex, immigrants will have to build the wall from the outside. Some refugees still get in though by hiding in potatoes in France, or by hiding in drones and flying into airports in London. Syria is the most famous maker of refugees, those who had money to escape did not go to Egypt like Babyman Jesus, but went mainly to lovely Greek Islands in private chartered boats. The many who could not escape either ran around the country hiding behind things, or simply stop living. One of Babyman Jesus biggest supporters, Donald Trump, has now said Syria is well again, and has ordered his soldiers to repaint the country, fit new carpets and then leave.#vegansofinstagram
