Catastrophic business banking experience. I've had conversations with them like: "Sir, you should have replied to the email we have sent you". Me: "That email said 'Do not reply to this email".They literally can't add 2+2, let alone do banking. You've been warned.

The staff is really helpful. When I couldn't open my bank account online after many attempts, Mrs.Shannon helped me in opening bank account within a few minutes. Would definitely recommend the Morningside branch over other branches.

Bad service- couldn?t apply for a credit card online or on the phone app because of technical fault with the app, so went into store but turned away because they don?t take walk-in appointments (despite lots of free staff hanging around), and only appointments available are during daytime working hours (not great if you have a normal job!)

Met with Lewis on a busy Friday afternoon after his friend Declan in the Dalry branch referred me because of IT issues. Both Declan and Lewis were extremely helpful and friendly and I'm so grateful for the effort they went to, to ensure I got my accounts sorted that day. Having previously been shopping around different banks that week I found their customer service to be so much better than Barclay's/M&S/RBS. Thank you!

Couldn't even open the bank account. It's unbelievable how such a simple thing like opening a bank account is so complicated in Bank of Scotland that it seems like almost immpossible task.
