Really, really slow service! The bank needs to increase the number of tellers dealing with transactions or train the staff better. We had to wait 10 minutes at the desk for a small amount of change to be counted for a bill payment and when the teller was challenged she felt it necessary to keep back chatting a customer. She \\\"Lucy\\\" had to be asked to stop. The previous customer at this teller also had to come back in during our transaction because their transaction had not been processed correctly. Come on Bank of Scotland you are letting your customers down and your team by not training them correctly.

Answer the phone within a minute of me calling the woman ella was very nice and very helpful and friendly service top notch for ella got me an appointment in a couple of days wich is very grateful and I would recommend this bank to anyone who is calling about or for a bank.

negative, absolutely negative!I was unable to activate the application on my smartphone and I phoned customer service without solving anything. I then went to the Cameron Toll office and it turned out that my phone number was incorrect, miswritten by the employee who opened my account.Anyway, I should have received a code in the mail within a couple of days but a month has passed and I still haven't received it.As a result, my wife showed all the documents necessary to open a account she too, and left regularly making payments. Today he received an email telling my wife that her account has been closed because she did not provide the required documents ...I think this employee has done her job badly by wasting my wife and me time!

I have used this branch several times and have never had any problems. Once when I was making a cash deposit one of the female assistants was messing about with a machine when the teller was free and I would have been quicker using him.It is the same in shops it is often faster to go to a manned checkout than to use self service.

Can only say I wish Google would allow 0 stars review.My wife came in to verify her identity for Lloyds account, which both Lloyds and Bank of Scotland confirmed over the phone as something that could be done in Bank of Scotland branch.Instead they cancelled my wife's Lloyds application and tricked her into opening an account with Bank of Scotland. She had believed the application was to be re-submitted to Lloyds.When we came in to rectify the issue - met with a rude and appalling attitude, outright unprofessional and childish.Steer far away as possible.

Very helpful staff always got a smile on their face, not my branch but always helpful when I go in on Saturday mornings, just a pity seems always to be busy when I go in ( just my luck )

Incompetent , clueless and too inexperienced to play with people's money. I visited the branch to resolve a small issue with my two active cards . When I returned home I find out that the young bank clerk has created a bigger problem . He accidentally deactivated the wrong card causing me a stressful discomfort and embarrassment in a supermarket when I tried to pay for my food. Not acceptable !

Came in last month to book an appointment for a student bank account. I brought along the necessary documents eg British passport, proof of address etc... after waiting for about half an hour for an available staff. She checked my British passport, and my confirmation letter from Ucas and then she made me wait for about 20 minutes to get my letter checked by a manager(again). She came back and said that I needed a uni letter that had a start to finish date and to come back once I did. She apologised but it was a waste of nearly half of my day. Once I finally received a university letter after all the hassle bc I needed to request and wait for a letter from uni, I phoned Bank of Scotland to book another appointment only for them to say that â?its pointless to have a uni confirmation letter cause all u really need is a British passport.â? What???Although, the staffs have been friendly, I went through all that stress just for them to say â??you dont actually need a letterâ? then I asked why last time they requested a uni letter. And, quote on quote, they said: â??I think it mustâ??ve been an inexperienced staff.â? hmm. I have names of the staffs I spoke to but will not mention any names. Whoever is in charged, please do something about these issues/complaints. Thanks.
