We Have always found Mccall Barbour very helpful and they have a great knowledge of "GODS" WORD, "THE BIBLE". They always have a terrific stock of Tracts, of various kinds, Bibles and Books informing us of the times we are living in. If you are troubled by the books about the last Days and the times we are living in please don't have a go at the dear people that work and run Mccall Barbour, they are trying to warn you about the times we are living in and what you have to do to get saved and live, and enjoy the life we are in at the moment, if you don't choose to get saved by the all sufficient sacrifice of "Jesus Christ" on the cross, then prepare to face a death that is to terrible to mention, but we must mention it. And if you think that this little shop is a bit out of character for your liking, consider the information that this funny looking little shop has within its walls, its life changing and that's the most important thing. Countless souls have been saved through this funny looking little shop and the peculiar people that run it, we will never know how many, but many are rejoicing in Heaven at this very moment and enjoying life to the full because of Mccall Barbour, some of us are still here obtaining information from this funny little shop to share with others that are perishing. So, consider this you scoffers, this little shop and the peculiar people running it are providing a crucial service to man kind, and this service is far better than the N.H.S. They are trying to point YOU, with there materials, to the only one that can save you eternally, "JESUS CHRIST". PEOPLE WHO DONT AND WONT BELIEVE IN THE SAVING GRACE OF OUR LIVING "GOD" AND HIS MESSAGE OF HOPE THROUGH THE MAN "JESUS CHRIST" IN THIS FAST DYING YOUNG WORLD WILL CHOOSE AND FACE A LIFE OF ETERNITY TOO TERRIBLE TO MENTION IN THIS REVIEW, AND THE SHAME OF THAT CHOICE IS THAT YOU DONT HAVE TO MAKE IT. LIFE DOES NOT STOP AT DEATH, ITS JUST THE BEGINNING, SO CONSIDER THIS, WHEN YOU DIE TO THIS PART OF LIFE YOU WILL GO ON TO BE IN EITHER ONE OF TWO PLACES, HEAVEN OR HELL, ULTIMATELY ITS YOUR CHOICE. This little shop is an oasis of truth amid a desert of lies and deception and untruths propagated by wicked and evil men and women who have been willing to be used by Satan. THE PEOPLE WHO RUN THIS LITTLE SHOP IS ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP YOU AND GIVE YOU SOUND ADVICE. This is a rather unusual bookshop, even for a Christian bookshop. The selection on offer seems rather narrow - and a little dated. However it is worth a browse, in what is a small, but friendly space.

A lovely little shop, packed full with Christian books. Shops like this are few and far between but really worthy of support .Card payment not accepted,(January 2020) so take good old fashioned cash.

Amazing range of highly informative books, pamphlets and other spiritual materials. The staff are second to none and are always on hand to give advice and assist their customers in a polite and very friendly manner. This shop typifies old school exemplary standards that all other retailers should attempt to emulate.
