This specific Asda used for past 7 years.
SorItems missing that was always there. Same type items spread over 4 aisles, assuming so you would tike more time & buy more stuff, but that only makes me feel like I dont want to come back there as it takes that much more time to find anything.
Prices increased to incomparable height compared to quality. Better choose Lidl/Morrison/Sainsbury's as it seems that these companies are not changing stock locations and has same items in same aisles so I dont have to spend 45 min looking for items and asking all the employees.
And random add on but paid 4£ for their printing on regualar A4 paper print (black & white text, one side only) for 6 papers..., im sorry but thats insane and should be like 60p - 1£.
Please sort the placement of items...

Older lady at the customer service desk is pretty rude and flippant, as well whenever I come later in the evening it?s never really clear which self serve section is open and you end up walking back and forward, and if you need help having an item approved theres very few staff available

In November I complained about the shopping experience and how I?m sick of the security their attitude is appalling to customers and I believe it makes the whole shopping experience a horrible one
Then In December I was at the customer service desk nearly leaving the building to witness the security ,man handling a child that walked in.
The child was doing nothing wrong so after noticing it was my friends child I complained again as the child was actually sent up to collect an item for her Mother . Before I went to complain I said to the chap at the desk he will say the kid is was in last night causing bother which I can assure was not the case .
I went in tonight as I?m in here 5/7 nights a week got a small shop and on the way out the security guy slithered up to me and said to me I was now banned from the shop .
I then immediately asked for a Asda manager to be present which he came I explained the whole situation and how the security guards have clearly tried to cause trouble and harm a valued customer I?m totally shocked that this behavior is being carried out all because I?ve complained about security twice in the space of one month
I look forward to taken this further

Pissing about, treating customers as thieves before they're even in the door. More like a prison these days.

Used the ladies toilets they where disgusting,spoke to a manager showed him a photo of what i walked into,told me he would phone cleaner,i was sat with my daughter fo 15 mins having sandwich no phone call made,i have been complaining about these toilets for nearly 2 years,even spoke to store manager Collette who said the toilets where checked (so every time i use them) they couldn't have been checked as they are minging,build up everywhere!!!Not acceptable they think these toilets are fine for customers to use ? photo is what i walked into

Don't usually do this sort of thing but feel I have to on this occasion,was in the pharmacy a few weeks ago after my wife who was enquiring about an inhaler was laughed out of the shop by the sarcastic guy behind the counter! When I confronted him and the pharmacist about how they treated my wife an argument broke out in wich the pharmacist was very abusive and prejudice (won't say racist) against me! I spoke to one of the managers to put an official complaint against both these people who should never be working with the public and was told she would look into it??? I've never heard anything back so I went in to collect a prescription yesterday to be told I was banned from the pharmacy??? I find it incredible how this shop is run and how the sarcastic laurel and hardie couple who work in the pharmacy are actually in a job!!! Ban or not would never set foot in this place again!!

Think it's terrible that Asda is making disabled people walk around an unnecessary way to access the chemist.
Complete discrimination to disabled people. Don't go there if you have trouble walking or are sick.
