Went there yesterday and went to the bathroom.
A guy comes out of one of the stall with a white jacket like for cooks. He went straight out without washing his hands.
I was wondering if it was just a customer so I got out as well but no, it was the guy who makes the pizzas..... Not good

I lost my reading glasses I thought in store . There was a mix up and I found them . They could not have been more helpful . Polite and kind . Thank you .

The UK supermarket with the most uninspiring veg/fruit aisle. Typically half empty, everything packed in plastic, what's in that plastic usually does not taste good. Part of me thinks that it is no wonder that people rush to other aisles with processed food or full of sugar, no one who looks at these fruit/veg wants to eat it.

I had two orders cancelled for no valid reason while the system of Asda generated false information through out the day. Such as Leslie or Fraiser have arrived , order delivered , order on way. More excuses to keep my funds tied up while Asda continues to deliver their own successful failure , I spoke to staff members at the depo like Farrah and someone else . Rude entitled and narcissistic no empathy or commitment to solve issues was how it all came -across . It seems they make excuses to serve their own interests . At least the staff in Manila are always polite and helpful in spite of being on lower wages and probably nowhere near as good work conditions as the staff at this Asda who are grumpy and non helpful . Well now I understand that Asda is just a secondary cash generator for the likes of Saneburys and Walt Mart maybe that's why they don't care about honouring contracts and building good business relations with customers . They reward your loyality with contempt and if truth be told a few of the drivers have a lot in common with two short planks and in my experience one can be aggressive for no reason . They have wasted loads of time and fudged many an issue I kept a screen shot of all their wrong messages and can prove there is nothing wrong with my phone line or drop off point . Specifically in relation to the days that Asda failed to deliver .

Will not be visiting the Asda branch in the Leith location ever again! This is the second time I have came in to do a spot of shopping, I came in the the wrong door by mistake, And was spoken to very rudely by the security guard @ the door & was told to go back out & re-enter the other way, Yes It was my fault, But the way in which he spoke to me was most certainly not said kindly,
My friend who was with me, Said surely you could have let my friend through?
I am nearly 70 years old, was just a bit shocked, I said to him, Is that how you speak to customers? His answer was he doesn't care about the customers!
The Loanhead branch is lovely, so maybe they should send there security staff to the Loahead Branch to teach them the basics of how to engage with customers in a polite manner, I just got my messages & left as soon as I could, It spoilt the day with my friend I'm afraid!
I'm sure you can do better Asda!

I was really happy with Asda till I heard some unpleasant stories about it but didn?t care much. Till tonight, I bought some rice cakes for my wee one ( organixs rice cake) and we found a live warm in it!
I feel horrible about myself as I just trusted Asda with my baby .
Please be careful what you give your baby from supermarkets.

You should think twice before using this click and collect service. Mine just ?disappeared? off their system and it will take 3 days to refund me. (Shows it?s all processed from my side) There is no manager around and barely an apology or explanation. Shocking service. Massive inconvenience.

When graduating from security guard academy , the best of the best get assigned to Asda, after two days stopping the elderly and disabled for going the wrong way round the barriers, i have been told by an insider that they high five each other and celebrate as if they have just taken down a international biscuit smuggling gang from burtons, the police, oops the security bams oops again, security guard really need to ease up on the full body checks on the children and elderly as people are already starting to form an opinion of their behaviour and it?s not favourable and also unprintable.?

Meh. I find this store dirty and chaotic and try to avoid going in person. Instead, I recently tried ordering online, but found this disappointing as well. I usually order from Waitrose and their system is far superior, as you can't check out items which your local store doesn't stock. I can then make an informed decision. With Adsa, I received an email 10 minutes before delivery informing me which items had been cancelled. Had I known, I wouldn't have bothered ordering as I ended up paying delivery for very little.

Why does the online shopping system not know/check whether the store handling the shop carries the items ordered? Why would I want to pay for delivery if you don't have half the items? Very disappointing experience.
