Young staff seem okay but the old miserable pharmacist is arrogant, judgmental and rude, if you don?t like doing your job leave for everyone?s else sake. If I could give zero I would.

Wish I could give a zero! Absolutely rubbish service. Pharmacist on a break in the last half hour before close so couldn?t get served my medication. What sort of nonsense is that. Lesley young, take a break half hour to close, might aswell go home!

If I could give 0 stars I would, The staff are absolutely horrendous not serving me liquid paracetamol due to me being 16? Not everyone can swallow tablets no other pharmacy has an issue. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! DISGUSTING they also talk to you like you?re dumb??Go somewhere else stylllll!

Terrible place even to say when doing online shopping they always put replicate in and I have made many complaints about this and this still happens I am hypersensitive to anything and everything I order things that I know I am safe with and Asda are constantly putting items in that I have not ORDERED disgusted with the service that I have received hence why I will not be able to recommend anyone to this placeUpdate I have selected no. Substitutes but still receive substitutes so thank you Naomi for your ignorance in replying I see a lot of people stating the same to be fear of all that are stating facts about their delivery

Got seen really fast by the pharmacist who was able to provide very helpful advice and recommendations as well as next steps. This pharmacy is great as it?s open on the weekends and you can get advice as well which saves have to phone doctors if its nothing serious

I agree with the other negative reviews and this is the worst pharmacy ever! Went in to hand a prescription and all of the staff were standing in the back room chatting away! I?m heavily pregnant and I had to wait for at least 5-10 mins for someone! They acknowledged me and still ignored me and I had to call for them and even then I got the response to wait! They were chit chatting about a restaurant which seemsTo be more important than serving customers

The worst customer service. Asda should close this pharmacy, educate the staff on being helpful and polite.Try asking for aspirin and see what response you're given.Seriously., the staff need trained

Couldn?t fault the staff or the service had tried multiple other chemists before this one and they had what we needed and were very polite and efficient!! Will def be back!

Been going there for yrs but in last 12months it's went down hill. Not to mention. Certain things we buy like day to day things are expensive. It's changed and it's time to locate cheaper place to shop tht sells my fav brands at decent price.

The pharmacy are so rude and on helpful. I got they at 19:15 even t says closes at 8pm. I was so unwell and needed medication, I met the sales man attending to someone at 7:16pm as I got there but refused attend to me, even when I told him i was very unwell.

Came here for my liquid paracetamol for my 6 month old who is teething! And my baby registeredin on the pharmacy, they aske me to wait an hour after that they told me the pharmacist unhappy to give you paracetamol because you took one last month you have to pay for it or go and buy one from outside (it's NHS service free for all, I didn't ask him. It's none of his business to tell me he's not happy. He's not paying me out of his own pocket for my medicine)

I will give a zero if possible. Horrendous service by the pharmacist today at 7pm. We went for our special need boy who wanted to be seen. We were told 15-20 min before my son could be seen. We waited for a whole hour and pharmacist was trying to seem busy with one person and waited for a call. She never acknowledge the we were waiting for long and completely ignored us. After an hour when we asked how long we need to wait more, she shouted from other room that she can't see anymore patients as she wait for a call!!! Why we were not informed that before? This lady pharmacist seems hugely biased and given over an hour to One patient and asked us to go to another pharmacy.Hope she would get her working ethics reviewed!
