Sold me an old broken car and offered me 6 month free service. No help to get it fixed car broke down in 1 month and made to wait 6week to get the appointment to fix it.I been told the timing belt is gone and cost me 350 pounds to fix it.Scammers running a full time scam in this dealership.Avoid at all cost read all the reviews below I have not seen them and made this mistake.

*** never ever buy anything from this dealership they made me 100s of email to buy a car and then sold me fiat which broke down 3 months and no one there to help to advice what to do. I call to make a service booking it took me 10 days to reach a staff. Kept transferring my call one place to another and then tell me some one will call me back. I can assure you these lies won't work for long term.Scammers sold me a car without telling me what is covered and what not covered. Service team told me random lies that this part will not be under warranty and then I call directly to fiat customer are and they assured me this is covered under warranty. Then I took them 8 week to get the part to fix it shocking.Never recommend anyone ever to buy cars from this branch.

Never buy any car from this dealership?s. I bought 3 fiat 500 from this dealership for my business. All 3 cars are broken within 6 months of use Gear box cable with broken. One after another issues keep happening. After taking it to the dealer service team then ask me to wait for 1 months before to bring it in to get it checked.To inspect your car be ready to wait 4 month or more if your car is under warranty. No matter warranty or not ready to pay them 156 plus vat then they will decide if the car is covered under warranty or not, vast experience ever try any other dealership but not this one.They are the most difficult to connect over the phone most of the time no one will answer the call. Then next fight is to get a space.I been ask to take my cars to Falkirk to inspect or else wait 3 months as earliest.I will advise everyone not to buy any car if you do buy it then make sure you owns a grage as well to fight with them as well.I wish there is something I can do to report these guys.

If you intend to use the service of this branch , make sure to record every phone call and face-to-face conversation otherwise ,you will face pitfalls that may cost more than you previously agreed upon.I managed to avoid these traps , but it cost me a lot of time .

Worse servicing and mot ever. We just got our results back and they charged us £138 to look at a specific problem, on top of servicing. Ridiculous lack of transparency. We are completely dissatisfied with the service and we will never go back there. We will also make sure to let anyone we know about this.

Absolutely shocking after care service. Avoid, avoid, avoid.Car battery issues after less than a year on a lease car and they don?t want to hear. ?We?ve had ample time to contact them!? The after sales team ignore messages.Con artists. Don?t waste your money here.

I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. They are rip off merchants who sells cars for profit without any after sales customer service. They even sell cars to the inexperienced buyer that are unfit for purpose and sometimes even dangerous.I wish this company was investigated thoroughly.
