I had a MOT service part of my plan and some repairs has to be done. Arnold Clark seafield said will ordered the fuel filter and the person will called me at the end of the week(last week) but they didn't. I called Arnold Clark seafield car repair to have some news about it. The lady on the phone will check and she will call me back in 10 minutes. After 42 minutes I had to call back and she said someone Will call me back. After another 40 minutes I called again and it was 10 minutes before the closer. And I started to explain why it took around an hour and half to find if a part has arrived . She hang up on my face.Very disappointing and I didn't get the information I wanted after an hour and half waiting. Customer services zero. So i am going somewhere else to do the job. Laurent Pineau

Kept my car for 8 hours just to do a 15 minute check, confirm the fault I told them about and tell me they can't check if it's covered by a warranty because it is too late! Got my car back with no result whatsoever and will have to find another 8 hours when they decide to fix the fault. Nice good people, but logistics and planning in this place is awful!

Extremely unhappy with the service received from Arnold Clark. My vehicle has gone in 3 times for the same problem. Contacting the branch and reaching a service anent is merely impossible and they just do not communicate and don't keep to their agreed times. If I can I will avoid ever buying a vehicle from Arnold Clark again.

Magic, I was only there for a battery for my remote but after being more or less chased from about four other, well known, garages in a ten mile radius,the girl at reception passed it through to the workshop.Ten minutes later \\\"excuse me, your key\\\" ah great, how much do I owe you.? Nothing.!! When you consider that my Audi key has to be re-coded this was amazing.Thank you so much, I'll be back for any other work (paid) for my car.

Customer service from service and repairs department is needing to be improved. No issues with Arnold Clark but here I do have. Use other repair centers in Arnold Clark and avoid the Seafield one.

Nightmare! Bought my car with added warranty and Autocare. Every issue I have had with the car has failed to be resolved. Phoned countless times to sit and wait on hold to be assured a member of staff from the service department will call me back.. to which I received no call backs. Broken down once and was stranded at the side of the road for 8 hours before I was able to receive some help. Warranty/Autocare was not worth it as every issue I have had I have paid for at a different garage to be resolved. Nightmare to get in contact with anyone let alone receive some help to resolve my issues. Very poor for a service I have paid extra for.

Absolutely nightmare!!! This arnold clark service department was the worst experience i ever had in every car garage! Had my car there 3 times for a service and 3 times was nightmare experience. 3 times my car never been cleaned or hoovered, twice lady from reception was lied to me that she done the hoover her self. I was proof very quick that she is lying! Manager was aware of all this and not once hi did anything, hi was more unhappy about my complaints than about his staff is lieing to the customer and not doing their job right. There was far more trouble than this. At least 10 times i was told that someone will call me back after so many attempts trying to get someone from service department to answer their phone, but that never happened! Also twice i report faulty air conditioning and twice i was told that AC is working fine! Only because that was still under the warranty! I have to fight for them to get this fixed under warranty! This place is just horrible! I will never go there ever again!
