One of the worst places to shop!
This is the second time I?ve received a faulty item from this store. I even paid an extra £72.99 for a 3-year warranty, which turned out to be a nightmare.
When I returned the faulty item, I was told that to get my warranty refund, I had to call a completely different company because the store colleague Jess couldn?t find the transaction in the system due to a ?weather? issue.
On top of that, their return policy is ridiculous! If you want a refund, the item must be unused and in original packaging, unless it?s faulty. Where do they even make such rules? What happened to customer rights and a simple refund?
I will never shop here again and would not recommend this place to anyone!

This is not a company((Argos )) this is a scam organisation don't ever waste your time going there.
I bought an expensive headset £230 sony , When I went home to try it I didn't like it at all and the sound is terrible, I went back to them the next morning To exchange it for another brand or another type, The manager and staff were extremely rude , The manager is called Kyle was so rude , He told me it was working and there was nothing we could do , Where is my right to return even if it works? He said I can't and left
Fort Kinnaird Argos scam company, And rude treatment

Horrible customer service. The manager, Jason, or at least the name he said to me as he doesn?t wear name tag, is a very rude man who lack customer experience skills. I went to return an item I have bought in less than 24h and he refused, then he started to find the reason why he would refuse accepting the return. First he asked how did I know the item wasn?t malfunctioning and it wasn?t simply because the item was built to be like that. When I said I had an similar item from the same brand, he insisted that because they are different models (even that my previous one is 2 years older) this one might be built to work defective like that. When I said, can?t you accept because it has been bought less than 24 hours ago, he said no because it had been used? Because I knew it had a defect.
Well, the truth was Jason and Rachel have decided they would not accept the return as soon as I walked in with a product in my hands and they just started looking for a reason to deny it.
Everything happening while holding a child in my arms.
The Argos customer service helpline advised them to accept the item and they still denied. As their customer service advised I went to another Argos store. I said I had my item refunded in less than 5 minutes.
If I had bought the item on Amazon, Alibaba, Curry?s, you name it. I would have had less hassle to return it.
And you Jason and Rachel cannot turn around my after sales experience because a store didn?t even hesitate to issue the refund. Shame on you!

The manager Jason is a rude person and the attendant Rachel is a moody person who doesn?t have a single customer care skill. They bluntly refused to accept return of an item purchased less than 24 hours ago, because it has been plugged in. It took me 40 minutes in store with a child in my arms to get refused the return. At the end ironically wished a good day and basically didn?t care when I said I wasn?t happy at all and I would escalate my complaint. Unbelievable. If I had purchased it on another online option as Amazon or even Chinese supplier I would be just waiting for the credit in my account. I hope never need this kind of after sales customer support, and if I do I hope I remember this last experience and buy it in somewhere else. Disappointed

Very quick, prompt service, used Nectar points to pay for a purchase and was delighted, looking forward to my next visit.

Kyle at customer service was amazing! He spent around 25 minutes explaining things about different laptops until I eventually understood. He was very friendly and couldn?t have done more for me as a customer!

I bought a vr and it came without an eye piece. I was unaware about the missing part until my eye got injured due to the lack of eye protection in the headset. I went to sell it and I was told the psv2 is missing a very important eye rubber part. I tried getting a refund but argos has been pushing me away.

A good range of household products at reasonable prices with next day delivery available at reasonable prices, you can click and collect or even turn up and ask to see the items with their strangely structured retail experience with a fairly equitable returns policy. I've even shopped there occasionally which is rare in my retail experiences so, give them a go, you might just find what you need beyond what you want.

The staff was very helpful. I was about to buy a new fridge online but wasn?t sure how the delivery would be arranged and charged, and if any ?take back? services available. The actual delivery was also good, the staff helped me unbox the big fridge that needs 2 persons to move into just narrowly fitted space in kitchen.
