An enjoyable store visit this weekend (October 23) The homeware and jewellery are the most affordable options. I don?t find that the clothing is worth the prices but that doesn?t stop me from enjoying visiting the store. The display of all items is usually gorgeous and easy to look through.I?ll be back!

My first visit to the Edinburgh store and I wanted to leave a note of appreciation for the staff. It was a really busy day, but Lauren still took the time to walk me through click and collect service. Her patience was a ray of sunshine on a difficult day - thank you. Special mention too to her colleague in a cowboy hat - if there are prizes for customer service, then these two get my vote. Thank you!

The male manager in there today was extremely helpful with a refund of an online order which did not go through correctly. Said hello as soon as I walked into store and apologised profusely for my wait while he called for help, then searched tills for receipt. Refund completed and an excellent retail experience that should be called out. Other stores would do well to follow this example. Thankyou ?

I brought four beautiful mugs from here. They were wrapped beautifully, sadly on our way home down south the handle of the bag gave way and they fell to the floor. Three of the mugs broke, I was gutted as they were so unusual. I rang the store and was put onto the senior store manager Mark. I explained my situation and after sending him a photo of my receipt and broken mugs he very kindly sent me replacements to my home address. Such fantastic customer service from Mark. I will definitely be visiting the store and their online shop in the future. What an amazing store and company

Terrible customer experienceEvery time I try to do an online return the system does not create a label or a QR code. This is now happened several times and on this lad occasion despite starting this process a well ago, numerous attempts and several emails to customer services I am still waiting!!! Why is this so problematic and why can?t Anthropologie deal with this better. It?s a terrible customer experience.

As a man I hate being in this store, but I have to acknowledge that when I've been in with my partner or returning to get her a gift: the service has been quick, efficient, polite, and they even offer gift wrapping for all their products - for free!

This is my favourite shop, it never disapoints you can always find something you just have to have, I'm tall and I can never find trousers long enough, this place is perect.Also for unique gifts, nice jewellery, books, hair accessories just all sorts of delightful things you can't live without.
